I played a pivotal role in rebranding and establishing brand guidelines for Catapult. This comprehensive rebranding effort included a rollout across all online and offline touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand presence across marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) displays at expos. My responsibilities extended to the UI design for Catapult Vision, a sophisticated video analysis platform integrated with their cutting-edge tracking devices. I closely collaborated with product owners to align the design with user needs and business objectives, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. In addition, I managed and mentored junior team members, guiding them through design processes and fostering their professional growth. This role required a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality design solutions that met the strategic goals of the organisation.
