Farfetch

As the creative lead for performance marketing, I focused on direct response, app acquisition display and brand activation campaigns in the Middle East. I developed hypotheses to measure success and drive data-driven creative iterations through a test-and-learn approach. This allowed our team to continually improve our campaigns, engagement rates and understand what our followers, in the emerging markets, wanted from the brand.

I collaborated with both the global and Middle East creative teams, as well as the brand, product, marketing production, CRM and linguistic teams for Farfetch's Ramadan 2019 and 2021 brand campaigns. My role was constantly evolving and I worked in different teams depending on the business needs. I was involved in producing creative assets across all online touchpoints – web, app, paid socials and CRM and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign launches. This experience allowed me to blend creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful and culturally resonant campaigns.
